General Questions
What is Bserk?

Bserk is the name of our sports brand where we produce a small range of unique sports supplements, fitness apparel, and now, challenges and workshops. You will have the chance to learn about the brand and our mission within the seminar. Or you can view our website here

What is the Make IT Tour?

The Make IT Tour is hosted exclusively by Bserk and is created around those who want to learn how to build a successful, and long-lasting career within the fitness industry. We have seen for too many years now; the fitness industry promote the same old recycled content, and we’re here to shake things up and put the power back in your hands as the next generation of influencers, personalities, and successful brand owners. You can learn more about the experience here

How long do I have to buy my ticket?

Tickets are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend that you purchase your ticket immediately, as we are unable to hold or reserve one for you once they are all gone.

Why are there only limited tickets available?

We believe in quality over quantity, and our goal is to limit numbers from being too large so that we can focus on building relationships with individuals whose names we can remember. By keeping numbers limited, we can ensure that we deliver a more personal experience to each and everyone who attends.

Why do I need to register for the challenge separately?

Because we have limited places available for both the challenge and seminar, we need to have everyone register as soon as possible to confirm a place. By simply having a headcount in advance, we are able to ensure that each person, whether taking the challenge, or attending the seminar, enjoys themselves and benefits from the experience.

What if I am from a different country, can I still attend?

Absolutely. We welcome people from all over the world. Please be aware that both challenge and seminar will be presented in English. All payments for online registration are made in your home currency.

If I’m driving, where can I park?

If you are attending any of the challenge days and driving, there are several parking locations just a few minutes away from the Challenge at Perpetua gym. These include Rosery Car Park, Battersea Park, and Chelsea Bridge Wharf. The nearest train station to the Challenge at Perpetua Crossfit is Battersea Park train station and is less than a 5-minute walk away.If you are attending the seminar and driving, there is free parking available at the venue. The nearest train station is Rainham train station.

Is lunch provided? Do I have time to go out and eat?

We will break at 1:30pm for an hour lunch, and have large open, and private canteen for everyone attending. We will be providing a high-quality lunch that will meet the demands of anyone health-conscious. We understand you may wish to bring your own food and drink with you, which is fine, and we simply ask you not to eat within the conference theater during the seminar. You are welcome to leave the venue during the lunch break if you need to.

Is purchasing more than 4 tickets currently allowed?

No. In an effort to keep our conference attendees as diverse as possible we have a 4 person per company/group limit. This ensures that different people have the same opportunity to be present and experience the Make IT Tour.

What time do I need to arrive?

Everyone who has registered online will need to check in at our registration table for both the challenges and seminar. On the challenge days, our registration desk will be open from 12 pm Saturday, and 10 am Sunday. We recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. Check in will only take a few minutes and so those who arrive first will be first to compete in the challenge. A registration check-in will only is open for the first hour on both days. Once you have checked in, you'll be provided a time slot and group number, of when you will be competing. You are free to leave the premises and return closer to your time slot, although if this is missed, there may not be any further available time slots to fit you in, so we ask everyone to stay close by until after they’ve completed the challenge. Our seminar registration desk will open at 10 am. What if I arrive late, or can’t make it at the last minute?

We understand that sometimes, things don’t always go to plan, so if you are held up for any reason, do not worry – you will still be let in. There will be a member of staff at the entrance who will be able to handle your sign-in. You can also email us at tour@bserk.com if you know you will be held up, so we know to still expect you.If you are unable to make it at the last minute, you have few options. You can transfer your ticket to someone else. Or we can validate your ticket for a future event, in which you can redeem without any extra charge.

How can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

You can transfer your ticket to another individual (someone you know) free of charge until Jan 10th, 2017 by reaching out to tour@bserk.com with “Ticket Transfer” as the subject of the email. Someone will get back to you right away. After Jan 10th, each ticket transfer will be subjected to a fee of £25. Bserk cannot find the transferee for you, nor handle any exchange of funds. Shared registrations (such as splitting days between two people for one ticket) are not permitted.
